PURPOSE: A lithium ion polymer battery is provided to increase the voltage stability of a battery and to inhibit the increase of temperature of a battery in overcharging/overdischarging and at a high temperature, thereby improving the stability of a battery. CONSTITUTION: The lithium ion polymer battery comprises a carbon material where a lithium ion can be adsorbed or desorbed; a cathode(2) comprising a polymer and dibutyl phthalate; lithium complex oxide, a conducting material, an anode(1) comprising a polymer and dibutyl phthalate; a polymer matrix; a ceramic filler, a lithium salt/aprotic solvent; and a polymer electrolyte(3) comprising additives, wherein the polymer electrolyte comprises 0.1-10 wt% of micro mica containing fluorine. Preferably the micro mica containing fluorine comprises F and at least three components selected from the group consisting of Si, Mg, Al, Fe and Na, and the content of F is 2.5-20 wt% of and the content of metal is 40-65 wt%. The particle size of the micro mica is 0.01-20 micrometers. |
