<p>PURPOSE: A biodegradable inorganic material composition for disposable products is provided to offer convenience of life and prevent environmental pollution due to rapid decomposition in the earth by using natural materials and biodegradable polymeric materials. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 40-60wt.% of flour, possibly fine powders of corns, beans, weeds and barley, 10-30wt.% of lime powder with 10-44 micrometers of size and 4000-10000cm¬2/g of surface area, 5-20wt.% of cellulose fiber, being mainly extracted from a conifer, with 0.01-0.03mm of diameter and 2-5mm of length, 2-10wt.% of polyethylene glycol, 5-10wt.% of grain powder(starch), 0.5-2wt.% of plasticizer, 0.1-2wt.% of binder, and 10-20wt.% of water. The forming of composition is performed by pressing at 100-250deg.C for 1-10min. under 10-60kgf/cm¬2 of pressure and drying at 20-50deg.C.</p> |
