PURPOSE: A road luminous safety boundary stone provided with a light reflector is provided to promote safe driving of a driver at night by radiating regardless of light from a car light. CONSTITUTION: A road luminous safety boundary stone(20) provided with a light reflector(10) comprises the steps of forming a groove(21) for fitting a frame(13) of the light reflector(10) on the selected side of the boundary stone(20), injecting epoxy resins, fitting the frame(13) of the light reflector(10) to be buried under epoxy resins and hardening the epoxy resins.
