SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the homogeneous steroid-containing substance for preparing pharmaceutical preparations with content from 0.01% to 1% of steroid weight. Substance is prepared by evaporation of disperser containing steroidal active component from suspension diluted with a pharmaceutically usual accessory substance by mist spraying. Mean drop diameter of mist is larger as compared with mean diameter of accessory substance particles. Maximal granularity index of dried particles of steroid-containing substance increases less by 30% as compared with granularity index of accessory substance. The proposed substance shows homogeneity and stability against stratification and steroidal active component forms small-dispersed matter and uniformly bound with accessory substance. Choice of technological conditions for spraying process carrying out provides to bind an active component with accessory substance uniformly and almost completely.
