PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader which facilitates installation and maintenance thereof. SOLUTION: The spreader 4 which can discharge washing water to an internal surface of a bowl, has a constant water volume supply valve 20 stored therein in a detachable manner, which valve can control the discharge amount of washing water to a constant value.
