PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing processed fish meat food having both appearance with moderate scorched color, aromatic flavor and plate feeling having meat grain feeling and soft gravy feeling each peculiar to a meat hamburger steak. SOLUTION: This method for producing a processed fish meat food comprises wet heating dough obtained by mixing and forming ground fish meat, soybean protein and ingredients and then baking the resultant product. |
