PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determining the presence/absence of illegal actions during intravenous drip. SOLUTION: A strip of an adhesive tape 10 is prepared, a roller 6 is moved to a position where a prescribed drip quantity is obtained, the adhesive tape 10 is stuck over the roller 6 and the main body 7 of a clamp, and the roller 6 is fixed at the aforementioned position. It is then judged whether an illegal action has been performed during intravenous drip by confirming whether the adhesive tape 10 is torn from the start to the end of intravenous drip. |
