PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge secondary battery modules in the order that a user wants, independent of a remaining capacity or attaching sequence of the secondary battery modules. SOLUTION: A module selection circuit 11 is newly provided in which priority in charging a plurality of secondary battery modules 41-43 is inputted. In a charge control circuit 9, charging order with a plurality of secondary battery modules 41-43 is set according to the priority inputted in the module selection circuit 11. A connection switching circuit 3 is switching-controlled according to the set charging order, to sequentially charge the plurality of secondary battery modules 41-43 in time sequence.
