PURPOSE: A value added web page is provided to enable a user to use value added data. CONSTITUTION: If a user(1) inputs the corresponding URL in a web browser in order for the user(1) to access a specific URL on the Internet, the user is moved to the URL. When data are called by accessing to the corresponding URL and watched to a user(1), other data are called and watched to the user(1). If the user(1) inputs the URL in an address space of the web browser or clicks a linked address, a web site(2) calls data and the data are displayed on the web browser. A notice board and data of notice board data may be called from a server(3) having web data of a notice board. If the user(1) inputs the corresponding URL for a movement, data calling of a URL + other URL must be performed by snapping the corresponding URL. For example, the corresponding URL is a "www.abc.com", if the URL is called, other URL calls data of "www.add.com/abc-cgbin", thus other data must be overlapped on the web data of the "www.abc.com".
