ELECTRONIC MANIFEST SUBSTITUTIONAL REGISTRATION AND SUBSTITUTIONAL RECEPTION/REPORT OF RESULT INFORMATION WHICH ASP PERFORMS BY UTILIZING DATA INPUTTED BY ASP SUBSCRIBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread and promote electronic manifest by clearing an obstacle that three persons as a discharge trader, a collection and conveyance trader and a disposal trader must arrange environment corresponding to exchange of electronic information by electron M since the discharge trader and either of the collection and conveyance trader or the disposal trader are required just to check the data with a duplicate of an industrial waste slip since the ASP performs substitute registration of the data in the electron M even if PC correspondence is not performed when the PC correspondence can not be performed since scale is small and the ASP transmits a result of the substitute registration by reference result information (discharge or conveyance or disposal) FAX or a PC transmission execution means when either of the collection and conveyance trader or the disposal trader performs PC input.

SOLUTION: In this system, the electron M, the discharge trader, the collection and conveyance trader, the disposal trader and the ASP construct a computer network, the discharge trader or the collection and conveyance trader or the disposal trader issues the industrial waste slip which is not the manifest and the ASP performs substitute of registration of the discharge trader, the collection and conveyance trader and the disposal trader to the electron M and confirmation of its registration result by proxy and reports the registration result to a subscriber by utilizing data additionally inputted to the data at the time of issuance.
