PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and automatically house balls in line and without superposition in a housing groove between an inner ring workpiece and an outer ring workpiece. SOLUTION: An automatic ball integrating device comprises a ball storing part A where a plurality of balls 4 are stored, a ball separating part B for ejecting the balls 4 one by one from the ball storing part A, a ball guide part C for guiding the balls 4 ejected by the ball separating part B toward a housing groove 5, a work holding part E for rotating an inner ring workpiece 2 and an outer ring workpiece 1 to revolve the housing groove 5 so that the housing groove 5 receives the balls 4 from the ball guide part C, and a rotating part F for rotating the inner ring workpiece 2 so that a ball 4 superposed in the housing groove 5 falls into the housing groove 5 to form a line. The plurality of balls 4 are integrated in line into the housing groove 5. |
