PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope image recording device and an endoscope image managing system for keeping image contents in diagnosis by preventing alteration of digital image data held as endoscope image data used for endoscope diagnosis. SOLUTION: This endoscope image recording device comprises an image temporarily storing means for temporarily storing image data inputted from an image pickup means, an image holding means for holding the image data temporarily stored in the image temporarily storing means, one or more image recording commanding means for inputting a command for recording the image data in the image temporarily storing means and the image holding means, a file producing means for converting the image data temporarily stored in the image temporarily storing means into a predetermined file format by a predetermined processing, an alteration detecting code producing means for producing a code for detecting alteration of the image data file produced by the file producing means, and a file managing means for relatedly managing the image data file and the code for detecting alteration. |
