PURPOSE:To more effectively eliminate a sterilizing liquid by making a flow of sterilized water in the direction reverse to the running direction of a packing material in a sterilizing liquid eliminating process, and always executing the washing by sterilized water supplied newly in the final part of a sterilized water washing process of the packing material. CONSTITUTION:Sterilized water is always supplied from a sterilized water supply port 11, and sterilized water of the same quantity is discharged from a sterilized water discharge port 12. The sterilized water supply port 11 and the sterilized water discharge port are provided on a sterilized water final part and a sterilized water- washing start part, respectively, and a flow of sterilized water flows in the direction reverse to the advance direction of a packing material. By such a flow of sterilized water, the greater part of a sterilizing liquid adhering to the packing material is almost washed immediately after it is immersed in sterilized water, and also, sterilized water containing a sterilizing liquid of comparatively high concentration mixed in sterilized water is discharged immediately from the sterilized water discharge port. Therefore, as the packing material advances, the concentration of the sterilizing liquid drops, and in the sterilized water washing end part, washing is executed by sterilized water which has no steririzing liquid concentration at al and is supplied newly. |
