A wastewater treatment method is provided to remove nitrogen and phosphorous effectively at the same time and to increase removing organic elimination efficiency and wastewater treatment efficiency. A wastewater treatment method by an activated sludge process for removing nitrogen and phosphorous comprises a step for absorbing nitrogen by contacting a zeolite carrier with wastewater between a settling tank(2) and a biological processing tank(6), and a step for absorbing phosphorus by contacting the wastewater with lime. A nitrogen adsorption process and a phosphorus adsorption process are performed with a continuous circulating method. The zeolite carrier is recycled. The wastewater treatment method further includes a wastewater processing steps by using a roll pipe(7). |
