摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack control method for an open shield machine that enables stable excavation without selecting a jack to be used to suit the situation, as with conventional methods, and enables jack speed adjustment in each block by utilizing a flow rate adjustment function that uses an inverter circuit provided on each pump, thus enabling the shield machine to effectively change a direction and construct a curved part.SOLUTION: A plurality of pumps 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d are prepared which have the same specification, each of which has a built-in inverter circuit 23 and is capable of flow rate adjustment. An equal number of shield jacks are used at each block, the shield jack 2 being provided on an open shield machine 1. One of the pumps 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d is assigned to each of the blocks that have been grouped. Discharge lines 25 of the pumps are connected to one another, and a valve 32 is provided on a connecting pipe. The valve 32 is opened and closed to enable an individual operation at each block and a connected operation in which discharged oil from all the pumps is combined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
