The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tilting device for a chair, which aims for stabilization of a spine and gaze of a person sitting on a chair. The tilting device for a chair of the present invention, consists of: a base part; a sitting part hinge-connected to the base part, wherein the rear is rotated with respect to the front; and a back plate part guided by the base part to be rotated downward by interlocking with the sitting part, and is characterized in that the rear of the sitting part performs rotation action with respect to the front thereof through a rotary unit that mutually hinge-connects the base part and the front of the sitting part; the back plate part performs downward rotation action frontward under the guidance of the base part through a downward rotation unit that connects the base part and the back plate part; the sitting part and the back plate part are interlocked at the base part through a rectilinear movement unit installed between the sitting part and the back plate part such that the rectilinear movement unit is supported by the back plate part to perform rectilinear movement action frontward from the sitting part when the downward rotation action is performed; and the rotation action, the downward rotation action and the rectilinear movement action are simultaneously and consecutively performed. |
