PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Mayday system which enables the proper rescue activities. SOLUTION: The Mayday system 61 transmits an emergency signal including the position information to a Mayday center 81 in an emergency of a vehicle 11 on which the system 61 is mounted. The system 61 also transmits a signal including the IC card information inherent to a user included in an IC card 41 mounted on an ETC(Electronic Toll Collection) on-vehicle device 21 to the center 81 in an emergency.
