PURPOSE:To bake a food without a seam continuously, by improving the process of baking the food comprising ingredients in an omelet in a pan on a rotating table. CONSTITUTION:The raw material liquid 30 is baked in the pan on the rotating table, and the ingredients 31 are placed on the baked material 30 upon solidification of the bottom. The pan is turned over and transferred to another pan, and baked. The liquid 30 is then poured into the pan. The continuous operation of the baking while rotating the table provides the double-baked omelet for each table rotation, thus making the operation in an automatic device possible. The omelet thus baked will not peel due to no seam. |
