THREAD BUTTON THAT CONSISTS OF SOLID RING AND THREAD WARP

The solution deals with the thread button, designed especially for bed clothing, formed by the fixed ring and thread warp, which is radially tensioned on the ring. The thread warp is fixed in the middle of the thread button. The thread button is solved in such a way that the thread warp is made of threads with the minimal share of 60 percent of synthetic fibres, e.g. from 100 percent of PESs and the protection of the warp is instead of pick-stitching made by welding of synthetic fibres by means of the shaped electrode. The proposed solution is qualified for the increase of productivity by means of use of multiple-head welding pliers and automation of delivery of and deposition of buttons. The parameters of the used synthetic threads safeguard stability of buttons when washing, cleaning and ironing.
