PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewcondensation preventing device with a temperature control capable of controlling the temperature and humidity inside a housing to a certain level or lower by opening or closing a ventilator with reference to a temperature, and also capable of preventing dust and a toxic gas from flowing into the inside of the housing. SOLUTION: This is a dewcondensation preventing device with a temperature control that controls the humidity inside the housing 1 which contains a control device and/or a distributing device 7. This device comprises openable/closable air holes 3 provided in the housing wall 2, and a condensation preventing apparatus 5 installed inside the housing 1. The air holes 3 are kept in a closed state when the temperature is equal to a given one or lower and in an opened state if it becomes higher than the given temperature.
