The closure part for a pipe, pipe socket or similar, especially for a pipe socket (14-16) on a water circulating pump for a vehicle, consists of one closure part for a pipe (14-16) of a certain diameter. A second closure piece is for a pipe (16;14,15) of another cross section. The two closure pieces are interfitting and the same axial length.
