EXHAUST RECIRCULATING QUANTITY CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To control the flow path cross sectional area of an recirculating exhaust passage precisely and responsively. CONSTITUTION:A larger flow rate valve 3 and a small flow rate valve 4 are disposed in a recirculating exhaust passage 2 in parallel. The switching control of the large flow rate valve 3 is executed by a diaphragm means 5, and the switching control of the small flow rate valve 4 is executed by a stepping motor 6. The diaphragm means 5 can execute responsively the switching of the large flow rate valve 3, and the stepping motor 6 can execute the switching of the small flow rate valve 4 with high accuracy.
