PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain condenser composed of a dielectric porcelain composition having large CR product at high temperature by providing a porcelain layer of dielectric material prepared by burning a specific component and plural inner electrodes holding the porcelain layer. CONSTITUTION:In a porcelain condenser having one or more porcelain layers of dielectric material composed of a dielectric porcelain composition of and at least two or more inner electrodes holding the porcelain layers of dielectric material, the dielectric porcelain composition is prepared by burning a mixture of 100.0pts.wt. fundamental component and 0.2-5.0 pts.wt. additive component and the fundamental component is composed of a substance of the formula. In the formula, M is Mg or Zn; L is Ca or Sr; R is La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm or Eu; R' is Sc, Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb or Lu; 0.002<=alpha<=0.06; 1.00<=k<=1.05; 0<=x<0.10; 0<=y<=0.05; 0.01<=x+y<=0.10; 0.5<=z<=0.9. The additive component comprises a given component containing Li2O, SiO2, etc. |
