PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container which is excellent in molding properties and assembling characteristics, which is suitable for mass production, and whose practical use has been made possible. SOLUTION: The liquid container comprises: a main body 12 having a tank part T for containing a liquid and feed port 12b which is provided on the forward end side thereof; a piston 22 which moves forward in the tank part T; a piston rod 24 which makes it possible to push out the piston 22 forward and which is provided with a male screw 24a formed on a peripheral face thereof; an operation cylinder 30 mounted to a rear part of the main body 12 in a relatively rotatable manner; a piston rod guide 26 in which a female tapped hole 26a to be threadably coupled to the male screw 24a formed on the piston rod 24 is defined and which rotates integrally with the operation cylinder 30; a ratchet cylinder 27 which is fixed to a rear inner part of the main body 12, in which an insert hole 27e for allowing the piston rod 24 to insert therethrough in a relatively unrotatable manner is defined, and on which ratchet teeth 27c are formed; a rotary cam 32 having ratchet teeth 32b to be meshed with the ratchet teeth 27c of the ratchet cylinder 27; and a return spring 34 for urging the rotary cam 32 toward the ratchet cylinder 27. |
