PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical image of arbitrary image quality in a short time and with a simple operation by showing a list of a prescribed number of images which are acquired from dynamic images varying in time series, converting in steps the quality of the images into the set value of a designated parameter and showing every image in the selected picture quality. SOLUTION: A video signal capture circuit 6 captures a prescribed number of images from dynamic images that vary in time series via an image input device 2a, and a control part 1 shows these images in a list on a display device 3. Then a key input device 2b designates parameters and their corresponding value sets in steps to designate the brightness, density and hue which have been stored previously in an image parameter buffer 9. Thus, an image- processing part 7 converts in steps the image quality of every selected image with respect to the set value of the designated parameter and outputs the converted image quality to the device 3. The part 7 also re-converts the image quality of every non-selected image into the image quality of a selected image via the device 2b and outputs the converted image quality to the device 3. |
