摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also apply to a high-temperature superconductive SQUID where spatially three-dimensional pickup coil cannot be formed easily by applying a feedback magnetic flux with a size that is proportional to the output of the drive circuit of one of at least three SQUIDs to at least one of the SQUIDs. SOLUTION: The SQUID flux meter is provided with at least three SQUIDs 11a-14a, drive circuits 11b-14b for independently driving each of the SQUIDs 11a-14a, and feedback coils 11c-14c for feeding back magnetic flux with a size being proportional to the output of the drive circuit being mounted to each of the SQUIDs. Then, feedback magnetic flux with a size that is proportional to the output of the drive circuit of one of the SQUIDs 11a-14a is applied to at least one of the SQUIDs via the feedback coils 11c-14c of the SQUID. Also, feedback magnetic flux with a size being proportional to the output of the drive circuit of the SQUID other than the SQUIDs is additively applied to one SQUID via a feedback coil.
