PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table lift of high safety, preventing a table from rocking when lifted. SOLUTION: This table lift is provided with a base frame 10; a table 11 disposed above the base frame 10; connecting means 12, 13 arranged between the base frame 10 and table 11 to liftably connect the table 11 to the base frame 10 and to support the table 11; and a guide means 52 provided between the table 11 and base frame 10. The guide means 52 comprises a sliding member moving together with the table, following the lifting of the table while coming in contact with a rack 50 erected on the base frame 10.
