The overfeed circuit for a combustion engine with a turbo compressor (6-7) fed by exhaust fases uses compressed air to drive the turbine. An auxiliary compressor (10) is driven by the motor to increase the air delivered to the turbo-compressor. A passage (13) assures the feed of air passed by the auxiliary compressor directly to the turbo-compressor turbine. An air flow regulator can control air passing to the auxiliary compressor, to limit the output of the motor.
