PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card reading device whose power consumption is small with respect to a non-contact IC card reading device capable of visualizing invisible information incorporated on the non-contact IC card. SOLUTION: This is a non-contact IC card reading device 1008 for supplying the power and data of a non-contact IC card by an electromagnetic wave, and for reading response data from the non-contact IC card by non-contact. This device is provided with a charging means, a means for protecting the charging means, an information transmitting means, an information selecting means, a reading mechanism, a control means, and a power controlling means for supplying a power to the information transmitting means or the like only at the time of performing access to the non-contact IC card. |
