METHOD FOR SEPARATING NUCLEATED CELL FROM UMBILICAL BLOOD

A method for separating a nucleated cell from umbilical blood, the method comprising the following steps: (1) extracting umbilical blood, adding hydroxyethyl starch having a volume of 1/5 of the volume of the umbilical blood, centrifuging for 6 mins with a centrifugal force of 90 g, and removing a red blood cell layer; (2) centrifuging again for 11 mins with a centrifugal force of 400 g, and removing a plasma layer to obtain nucleated cell suspension. Also provided is an umbilical blood system treatment method. The method effectively recycles the nucleated cell, removes the red blood cell, is better than a traditional method, and has a good application prospect.
