PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a three-dimensional picture creation device that improves a quality of a mirror surface reflection picture, relatively reducing an increase in amount of computation processing.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional picture creation device has: straight gaze picture creation units 6A-6C that create a straight gaze in a first period in accordance with a movement of a point of view; a reflection picture creation unit that creates a reflection picture in a mirror surface in the straight gaze picture. The reflection picture creation unit has: cube map creation units 110-, 120 and 130 that create and update a cube map; a reflection picture extraction unit that extracts the reflection picture from a picture of the cube map in accordance with a reflection direction of the point of view due to the mirror surface in the straight gaze picture. The cube map creation unit is configured to: create a facet picture of a plurality of facets forming the cube map in a second period N times the first period as shifting a facet to be created; and create a picture insufficient in a time corresponding to the first period for each facet of the cube map to be created in the second period by interpolation processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
