PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse return of an excreted liquid in a top sheet having pile bundles.SOLUTION: The top sheet 30 has a base layer 81 in which many fiber protruding holes 82 passing through from front to back are formed with intervals, a fiber assembly layer 83 arranged on the rear side of the base layer 81, and pile bundles 84 protruding to the front side of the base layer 81 formed by protruding parts corresponding to the fiber protruding holes 82 in the fiber assembly layer 83 from the back side to the front side of the base layer 81 via the fiber protruding holes 82, and is constituted such that a relation HA<HB<HC is satisfied, wherein the hydrophilicity of the pile bundles 84 is HA. the hydrophilicity of the base layer 81 is HB, and the hydrophilicity of a part located in one side of the base layer 81 in the fiber assembly layer 83 is HC. The above problem is solved by the top sheet 30. |
