PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty processed odorless garlic food which is obtained by adding and mixing soybean flour and honey to a healthy processed odorless garlic food, has a harmonized taste especially due to the soybean flour, and can deliciously be eaten, while the healthy processed odorless garlic food prepared by mixing boiled garlic with a sesame paste in a heated state separately has the taste of the garlic and the taste of the sesame and can therefore deliciously not be eaten. SOLUTION: This pasty processed odorless garlic food prepared by mixing the boiled garlic with the sesame paste in a heated state and then mixing the obtained mixture with the soybean flour and the honey. |
