Device for capturing wind energy which comprises two rotors with two or more rigid radial arms or blades which face one another and are equidistant, joined by cables, cords or rope of their ends and of certain internal points, said cable running parallel to the axis, there being, between said cables, and joined thereto via there edges and intermediate zones, flexible sheets or sail- type surfaces which act as radial vanes or blades. The rotors rest on the corresponding supports and, connected to a generator, pump, etc., allow the power utilisation. <IMAGE>
