<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a counter cover in which water can be prevented from entering from a seam by a simple work and efficiently by improving the bonding strength of the heel part, preventing abrasion of a sewing thread which sews the end part of the heel part, and preventing a shoe sore caused by a sewing thread which sews the end part of the heel part. CONSTITUTION:The end parts 11a, 11b of the heel part positioned on both end parts of a substantially horseshoe type counter cover main body 10 are superposed like joining of hands and sewn together along the end parts 11a, 11b of the heel part, and an outlet seam part 12 put on the outside of the heel part 11 is made flat by a heat press. Further, a thermoplastic synthetic resin heel part reinforcing tape 20 a stacked on the outlet seam part 12 is heat-fused on the outside of the heel part 11.</p> |
