The invention refers to a light-structure construction consisting of standard U-, I-, L- and T-shaped section metal profiles for poles and boards of prefab panels for walls and ceilings, in which the main panels (3) are fixed between consecutive metal poles (2) that are fixed into the substructure (1) of the construction by means of wedges (4, 7) and a filler material (5), the joint being masked both inside and outside the construction by means of decorative panels (6). For mounting a board to the poles (2) beam girders (8) and profiles (9) that form the resistance structure of the board are welded at definite intervals, crossing one another, a panel (3) being placed within each quadrangle thus formed.
