PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage instrument for massaging a muscle section such as a shoulder, a waist, an arm, and a leg where blood circulation is stagnated by using water pressure or hot water. SOLUTION: An inlet 2 for absorbing water with a filter 10 is provided at an absorbing section of a water-proof electromotive pump 1 built in an outer box 6, and a pipe 3 for discharging water is provided at a discharging section. The outer box 6 is fixed to a bracket 4 horizontally assembled through a supporting shaft 5 to a fastening 8, and an entire body is fixed to an edge of a bathtub 11 with the fastening 8.
