PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a change feeling variable and to prevent upper body muscles from being hardened by supporting respective support members in respective shafts which are extended in a longitudinal direction from respective housings and fixing the respective end parts of a base to the respective support members, where an indoor exercise bicycle is fixed. SOLUTION: In the base 110 where a bicycle body 10 is fixed in the longitudinal direction, its one end is supported by the first support member 112 of the first housing 150 and the other end is supported by the second support member 114 of the second housing 170. Then, the shaft 160 is extended in the longitudinal direction from the first housing 150 to pivotally support the first support member 112 so as to be freely rotatable. In the same way, the second support member 114 is pivotally supported at the second housing 170. The first and second support members 112 and 114 are pivotally moved in the width direction of the base 110. Besides, the base 110 is pivotally moved in the width direction. Thus diversification is obtained.
