PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-layered material excellent in execution properties, sufficiently suppressed in a adhesion defectiveness with respect to various base materials, forming cured matter having sufficient fundamental capacity and enhanced in adhesive strength, durability to correspond to various uses. SOLUTION: The double-layered material includes a shading layer (a), a curable molding compound layer (b), a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (c) and a release layer (d) and the shading layer (a) is provided on the single surface of the curable molding compound layer (b), and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (c) and the release layer (d) are provided on the other surface thereof in this order.
