PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select a part or an item requiring maintenance work based on a record of a failure recorded in each automatic machine. SOLUTION: This diagnosis system read information about the record of the failure generated in the automatic machine, calculates a necessary amount of the work corresponding to each the failure, adds up the necessary amounts of the work corresponding to the failure generated within a prescribed period to calculate necessity of the work, and creates a file including the necessity corresponding to each the work.
