PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate among a plurality of access points, while enabling to reduce loads and time needed by hand-over processing . SOLUTION: A BT address is set to each of a plurality of access points AP-1 to AP-3. While clocks of frequency hopping of the respective access points AP-1 to AP-3 are synchronized, a portable terminal K1 establishes connection with the access points AP-1 to AP-3.
