MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SOLVENT FREE SILICONE SURFACTANTS AND THE COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THIS METHOD

The present invention relates to a producing method of a silicone surfactant and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition using the silicone surfactant produced by the method. The solventless silicone surfactant is produced not using a solvent by solving a problem which needs an additional organic solvent purification in the case of using a cosmetic emulsifier. The silicone surfactant produced by the method of the present invention has no irritation by not using the solvent such as toluene, tetrahydrofuran, isopropyl alcohol, and the like usually used in a producing method of a silicone surfactant using a conventional platinum catalyst, and also can be used as a cosmetic composition by being colorless and transparent.
