Disclosed is a double needle bed split tubular woven band. The woven band ultimately forms a tubular fabric having a regular alternation of closures and splits through the following steps: a Raschel machine with double needle beds sequentially weaves two single-sided structures on a front needle bed (F) and a back needle bed (B), and weaves the two single-sided fabrics into two strands of parallel fabrics having a tubular structure, and the two strands of parallel fabrics having a tubular structure are passed through the front and back double needle beds one more time with the use of a double-sided warp knitting process structure and are woven into a segment of successive structural surface after a certain process cycle. The fabric is soft to the touch, absorbs moisture and sweat, and is breathable. The fabric has an excellent elastic property and a memory function, and is able to freely retract and recover in 360 degrees, and doesn't put any pressure or tension on the body when the fabric is worn; the novel fabric realizes an integrated weaving concept, dramatically reduces sewing time and manufacturing cost, and is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, and the seamless product is more attractive and is comfortable for the skin. |
