PURPOSE:To exterminate vermin, etc., in high efficiency at a low cost, by attaching a beam to a joint part of a frame of a ceiling, etc., of a greenhouse, etc., placing a longitudinally movable frame on the beam, attaching a spray tube and nozzle to the frame and spraying pesticide liquid, etc. CONSTITUTION:A beam 10 is directly or indirectly attached to a joint part 9 placed on the frame 6 of a ceiling of a green house 1 or on a hood frame 8, etc., of an inner hood film 7. An assembled frame 3 is attached in a manner so as to be longitudinally movable above or below the beam 10. The frame 3 is attached with a spray tube 13 and a nozzle 5, etc., and the tube is connected to a chemical tank 15 through a hose 14. The pesticide liquid in the tank 15 is sprayed through the spray tube 13 and the nozzle 5 while longitudinally moving the frame 3 above or below the beam 10 to effect the control of vermin in the house 1 and the sterilization of the house.
