The apparatus for protecting contamination of foods and improving quality of dryed product includes sterilizing lamp radiating UV and detecting limit switch being attached at opening door of dryer. The apparatus comprises refrigation cycle system and heater having opening door (2,3), duct of operating room including heat exchanging coil (8), cooling and dehumidifying coil (9), preheating/precooling coil (10), reheating coil (11), blowing fan (17), filter (15,16), air passage way (14), drying chamber (5), limit switch for controlling relay (R1,R2) and timer for controlling UV lamp.
