PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable emergency report having an excellent instantaneous responsiveness and greatly facilitate grasping of the contents of an abnormality which occurs. SOLUTION: A communication system is composed of a plurality of local terminal units (including a local terminal unit A1 having a predetermined monitoring means and transmitting the results of monitoring the occurrence of abnormality when detecting the occurrence of abnormality) connected to a local network LN1 constituted in a multiple dwelling house and a gateway C1 provided between an external network EN1 connected to a remoter terminal unit and the local network LN1. The gateway C1 stores the date of a sketch of the multiple dwelling house and the position data showing a position of the local terminal unit A1, prepares the data of the sketch for knowledge prepared by adding the information showing the position of abnormality occurrence to the data of the sketch when receiving the results of monitoring the abnormality occurrence from the local terminal unit A1, and transmits the data of the sketch for knowledge for, for example, registrants set in advance. |
