PURPOSE:To input ruled line-information similarly to character information as well by handling input information handwritten by an OCR similarly to key inputs from a keyboard device. CONSTITUTION:When the information of printed or handwritten characters or the like is inputted and recognized, the recognition code is converted to a keyboard operation code, further converted to a keyboard signal and outputted to a system device. On the other hand, the ruled line information is identified from the input information by a character/ruled line recognition part 5, the ruled line information is divided into areas just for one character, the ruled line-information in the divided areas is outputted as a form information and from that form information, a keyboard operation code preparation part 6 prepares the keyboard operation code for ruled line decided in advance. |
