PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily judge what is the quantity of minus ions and to enable the user to visually recognize the operating state of a minus ion generator. SOLUTION: An operation display 42 is kept lighted during the operation of the minus ion generator. The quantity of the minus ions detected by a minus ion sensor is displayed in correspondence to conditions of the natural world of the same level by using, for example, plural pairs of the character displays 45 and LEDs 46.
