PURIFICATION PROCESS OF HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE

摘要

The human growth hormone is purified by precipitating the human growth hormone which is secreted from a recombinant microorganism to extracellular region and partially purified; suspending the ppt. with buffer containing urea; passing the suspension through ion-exchange chromatography (DEAE-Sepharose), gel filtration chromatography (Sephacryl S-200 or S-300), and ion-exchange chromatography (DEAE-Sepharose) successively to obtain the final product.
