PURPOSE:To constitute a molding device securing a feeder head under excellent heat holding condition by superposing the necessary number of annular molding members and further, mounting only one of plate-like molding member to constitute the feeder head forming space. CONSTITUTION:The molding device 1 having cavity 2 is constituted with a lower mold 11, middle mold 12, side mold 13, upper mold 14 and insert 121. To an insert hole 142 formed on upper face of center part in this upper mold 14, the annular molding members 81, 82, 83 are superposed in order through gap S and on these, the plate-like molding member 84 is mounted to constitute the feeder head forming space A. Then, the feeder head forming space A is communicated with gas venting holes B, 842, 831, 821, 811. By this method, in the molding part constituting the feeder head forming space A, heat conductivity is low to hold the feeder head under excellent heat holding condition. |
